Today is baking and meal prep day. Yes. You did read the word BAKING! I can’t bake very well, it’s not my strength. I can cook; but bake😅is a different story. However, this maple baked pear recipe was so easy that I couldn’t possibly mess it up. I have a long and very BUSY week ahead of me. So prepping breakfast and lunch is the perfect idea. I plan to use the baked pear on my Greek yogurt and overnight oats for breakfast. I’ll leave the recipe here 🍁🍂🍐 now I’m off to make homemade pumpkin muffins. Pray for me😅
