Good morning Friends!
I’m waking up to a beautiful chilly morning full of sunshine here in Florida! It’s the perfect weather for a sweater…..and jacket. Lol 😂 But speaking of sweater, I took an impromptu getaway to one of my favorite Florida places-Palm Beach and I wore my favorite Ralph Lauren Flag sweater in the cream color. I bought it over the summer and you know, summer sweaters in Florida don’t go together. So, I’ve been wearing it on cool days. While I was in Palm Beach I stopped by RL and picked up the navy version because the dark color is great for fall and winter. I was going to size up but I took my regular size because it actually fits perfectly and I can still layer underneath it. I paired it with a navy floral skirt (that once was a dress btw) that I brought along with me for something a little bit different than my usual styling. The navy went great together and believe it or not the dark pinky/reddish flowers almost matched the stripes in the flag which has a ruby color which I like and not an orange red. I also added my new wool hat *gifted* from my favorite Mindo hats! I’m truly loving this hat so much. I also found out that it is water repellant if, so the water won’t damage your hat. I wore it over the weekend when it was rainy and discovered that great detail.
